We’re are looking for a Trainee Area Manager who is Resilient, Customer Focused candidate and who thrives under pressure; has strong decision-making & problem-solving skills and enjoys leading and inspiring teams!

Your key areas of responsibilities will include:
  • Exposure to overseeing a number of Jewellery stores by partnering with different stakeholders, including operations, store and support teams to achieve business results
  • Contribute towards a culture of exceptional customer service is consistently achieved
  • Assisting with achieving business results by driving and analyzing Store KPI's
  • Contribute towards optimising business results by effectively putting stock management and operational campaigns together                      
  • Demonstrate Leadership within the operations and field team
  • Be a Brand Ambassador to drive brand awareness and build customer loyalty
 
 
 
 
Requirements:
  • Relevant Degree (Essential)
  • Relevant retail experience 0-3 Years (Essential)
  • Retail Store Management experience (Advantageous)
  • The building and maintenance of strong working relationships 
  • Demonstrates leadership qualities
  • Strong problem solving and analysis abilities
  • Strong communication ability
  • Adaptable and able to manage change
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business including weekends
  • Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups in terms of the Employment Equity Act.
